Size Exchanges

• Size Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. Customer will be responsible for courier charges.
  

• No exchange/ refund possible without sale invoice.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.

• Used or damaged items are not eligible for exchange.

• Contact us through our helpline number during working days and our team will guide you about size exchange. Please note that after confirmation of size from the customer, the article will be dispatched on next day. if the delay is from courier our team will help you through tracking details.

Repairs

• 2 month free service warranty for footwear only, after that repairing will be charged.

• Only repairable products will be repaired.

• Repairing time: within 15 days.
