How can I place the order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3 days in Lahore or 5 days in other cities. Enjoy free shipping on all orders within Pakistan!

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your order number. You can use this order number to track your shipment directly from our Track Order page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached. Please note that the customer will be responsible for courier charges. A sales invoice is required for any return or exchange.

What if I miss the delivery attempt by the courier?


If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable, they will send you a text message on the provided contact number. If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to us within 24 hours. You can request re-delivery by paying a re-delivery charge. Please contact us at 03274000961 for more information and to schedule the re-delivery.

Important: If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of the delivery attempt, please inform us immediately, as we will not be responsible for undelivered orders after this period.

Can I collect from a local store?

Do you deliver on Weekend?

No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back.
