Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your order number. You can use this order number to track your shipment directly from our Track Order page.
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags attached. Please note that the customer will be responsible for courier charges. A sales invoice is required for any return or exchange.
If the courier attempts delivery and you’re unavailable, they will send you a text message on the provided contact number. If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to us within 24 hours. You can request re-delivery by paying a re-delivery charge. No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
